Lost by Joy Fielding
Book Number:RC 57834
3 sound cassettes
Toronto divorce´e Cindy Carver’s twenty-one-year-old daughter, Julia, fails
to return home after an audition with a famous Hollywood director. Cindy
suspects all her acquaintances in the disappearance--even her ex-husband.
She feels remorse that she never really connected with her self-absorbed
firstborn. Some strong language. 2003.
This was a great book. The ending took me completely by surprise. I really
had no idea. I love books like this. I had to keep reading because I
couldn't figure out just where Joy Fielding was going with this one. Blew
me away. I give it a 5 out of 5.
Happy reading,
Carla/TexasRed
